ACTIVATE Member Portal

ACTIVATE is the coaching platform agents log into every morning. The portal runs three distinct experiences from one codebase: Member (agents tracking activity, scripts, AI tools, and wins), Coach (leaders reviewing pipelines, attendance, and recordings), and Vendor Partner (lenders, inspectors, and title teams managing their follow-ups). A 116-achievement gamification layer drives weekly engagement, a community feed surfaces wins in real time, a 157-script training library spans every category and difficulty level, six Claude-powered tools cover the daily work (script practice, social content, listing descriptions, newsletters, objection handling, and a TAR-forms broker assistant), and Coach A.C.E. plays accountability partner on demand.
